Creiform Ltd Machining and Fabrication Solutions based near Sheffield south Yorkshire serve both commercial / industrial and private customers with subcontract low volume manufacture of 1 off to small batch production runs, either to your supplied drawings or free issue samples, we can also reverse engineer your components / ideas and create new drawings and/or 3D models as required using our in house CAD/CAM capability. 

 

We can make to print, customer designed prototype and development parts or difficult to obtain parts / solutions, or simply to provide additional subcontract machining and fabrication capacity for your projects.

Small manual turning – from bar stock up to 25 mm diameter x 500 mm Lg , and up to 150 mm  diameter from billet.

Small manual milling /boring /drilling   – Max cube (X,Y,Z) 500 mm x 200 mm x 300 mm

Small assemblies and fabrications up to Approx. Max Cube 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 1000 mm (Larger assemblies may be accommodated please contact us with details)

Typical Materials – Engineering / Mild Steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Brass, Engineering Plastics, Wood, MDF and other commercially available composites.

Non-structural Welding & Fabrication in general mild steels / aluminium up to approx. 5mm thickness.

Other operations and special processes such as heat treatments, surface finishing outside our current capacity can be supply chain managed to provide a complete sub contract solution as required.
